Ronaldo, Salah And Modric Nominated For the Upcoming FIFA Best Player Award

Cristiano Ronaldo faces firm competition from Egypt’s Mohamed Salah and former Real Madrid team-mate Luka Modric to be crowned FIFA’s player of the year for a sixth time.

Ronaldo was the competition’s top scorer with 14 goals to his tally in Champions League and also lifting a fourth Champions League title in five years before heading for a new competition with Juventus in July.

Modric is also part of the Madrid side that has dominated the Champions League in recent years, he recently won the Best Player in Europe Award, beating his former team mate (Cristiano Ronaldo) and also Mohammed Salah of Liverpool.
